A great experience all around. Bill showed up on time and was very helpful in making garage door opener decisions. He even saved me money by explaining how one of my openers didn't need to be replaced and a much more cost effective solution to the repair of another. Greg installed two lift master units for us and reprogrammed remotes and keypads. Super nice guy! We called them back a week later to install one more unit and the experience was just as enjoyable. Bill gave me competitive prices on two insulated metal doors and programmable openers, scheduled the installation at a convenient time for me, and Chuck who did the installation show up right on time. I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received today was excellent. Called because our spring broke on our garage door. Gave me a quote on fixing the spring and getting a new door which where both great prices. We opted for just fixing the spring for now, and within a few hours of calling my door is all fixed. The service tech was very friendly and on time. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a garage door or repair.

The technician was punctual, courteous and very detail oriented when making final adjustments. Bill, the owner, had me send pictures to him of the Details for my new door install. Bill pointed out to me that my previous installer did not install a much needed strut on either of my doors, One of which would obviously be included on the new door to be installed. For a very nominal fee, he had the technician install the needed strut on my other door. The fact that Bill pointed this out to me showed me he was concerned of not only adding to the longevity of a door he didn’t even install, but my families safety in the event of a failure, this is a rare commodity in the business world today I definitely recommend Habpro.

Great service. A torsion spring on my garage broke. So the door no longer opened or closed. One phone call and Bill was able to get out to my house the same day. Within 30 -60 minutes, he not only had the new parts installed, but also inspected and confirmed that other parts of the garage mechanisms were all in excellent condition as well. I had him replace the older torsion spring that wasn't broke as well. So I'd have 2 new ones instead of 1 old and one new. Made much more sense to do this longevity wise. Great service, quick and quality driven. Really fair price. Highly recommend...

These guys are fantastic! I left a request online at 6:30a thinking I would need replacement doors. Bill called me at 7:30a and had a technician to my house by 9. Greg showed up and was wonderful, fully explaining what he was seeing and making his recommendations on repairing the doors instead of replacing them.
